This is a corrective service in the event of a fault that prevents the boiler from working properly, provided that it has been detected by the customer.
The features of the service are the following:

A visit from the technician in less than 24 working hours including travel expenses
Free maintenance quote
Up to 3 hours of labour to repair the breakdown
This services DOES NOT include:
Damage caused by a careless use or maintenance of the installation or its devices.
Damage due to the age or non-inexistence of spare parts on the market, when these are technically irreparable.
Repair of appliances that have been manipulated previously and within the term of this contract by people outside the technical service provided by this service.
The repair, adaptation or cleaning of flue ducts.
Adaptations or changes to the gas installation that require issuing official certificates.
Reforms derived from the ventilation needs of the property.
Materials or spare parts used in the repair of breakdowns.
Damage caused by fire, explosions, flood, frost or other extraordinary circumstances.
The transport of the boiler/heater to the installations of the approved technical service of the brand, when necessary to proceed with its repair.
Any civil work project.
The annual boiler inspection, mandatory in accordance with Normative RITE R.D. 1027/2007.
These services have a grace period of one month from the date of contracting.
