Emergency repair to ensure a smooth electricity supply

When a power failure occurs in the part of or the entire installation due to a breakdown in an individual installation or in the property, the service will send an operator as soon as possible. The operator will repair the emergency to restore a smooth power supply, provided that the state of the installation allows to do so.

The customer will only have to pay for:

• The labour from the fourth working hour

• Other conditions that do not appear in the “it includes” section.

DOES NOT include:

• The repair of characteristic failures of lighting fixtures such as lamps, light bulbs, fluorescents, etc.

• The repair of breakdowns in heating appliances, domestic appliances and, in general, any breakdown in an appliance that works with electricity supply.

• The repair of installations that do not comply with the existing regulations at the date of the implementation.

• The repair of characteristic failures of mechanisms such as outlets, conductors, switches, etc.

• These services have a waiting period of one month as of the signing of the contract.

Appliances repair

Repair of kitchen, cleaning, ventilation and refrigeration appliances, for example:

• Oven

• Refrigerator

• Freezer

• Extractor hood

• Micro-waves

• Washing machine

• Dryer

• Dishwasher

It includes:

• 24/7 telephone assistance

• SLA repair within two days, except for lack of materials

• Travel expenses

• The necessary manpower for the repair

• One use per year

The customer will only have to pay for:

• Other conditions that do not appear in the “it includes” section.

It DOES NOT include:

• In no case will the repair costs (spare parts and labour) be higher than the appliance market value or 300€.

• Any damage that the appliance may suffer that is not due to a mechanical or electronic failure, specifically scratches, knocks, deformations or the breakage of the non-mechanical or electronic components of the appliance.

• Interventions on household appliances that are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee according to the purchase invoice.

• Age limit of 10 years, unless spare parts are still in the market at the date of repair.

• If the repair is not feasible, a replacement model will be offered with special conditions.

• Some other conditions that do not appear in the service definition or in the “it includes” section.

• These services have a grace period of one month as of the signing of the contract.

*Market value: the monetary amount that an owner of a used good would obtain if, at any given time, he/she decided to sell it. This amount always depends on the age and the state of conservation, as well as on the supply and demand.
